THAT'S ENTERTAINMENT!
/POSH at PAL Studio Theatre
Playwright Laura Wade explores the lives of the young, wealthy, and privileged in POSH. In an oak-panelled room in Oxford, ten young bloods with cut-glass vowels and deep pockets are meeting, intent on restoring their right to rule. The boys are bunkering down for a wild night of debauchery, decadence, and bloody good wine. But this isn’t the last huzzah: they’re planning a takeover. Presented by Fighting Chance Productions. Sept. 19 to 29 at PAL Studio Theatre. Tickets and information at palstudiotheatre.com under “Events”

Peach Cobblah's Shame Spiral
Things get downright embarrassing for all concerned every Tuesday night when drag diva Peach Cobblah and a rotating guest cast of her best friends and frenemies, held together by DJ Jef Leppard, convene at the 1181 Lounge (1181 Davie Street) for an evening of drag, perverse games, and true shame spiral stories.
Cocktails begin at 9:30 p.m. and the show gets underway (if all goes well) at 10.
Plan on taking a mental health day off work on Wednesday. You'll need it!
